Costco的deal又回来啦！

活动时间：购买之后需要在2018年10月31日之前到costco实体店激活会员。活动赠送的promotional value在9月29日之前过期

注意事项以及个人点评：

1. 该活动仅限新会员。如果你曾经是costco会员，但会员在2018年2月1日之前过期了，可以算作新会员；否则不eligible for这个offer。

2. 这个offer是针对普通会员。据说如果想买行政会员，就是买2个这个offer就好了。我自己的经验是跑过去激活offer的时候，工作人员当场给我offer的deal就是买行政会员，再送$20礼品卡；我自己本身并没有买2个offer。
